The bus number 18 connects the Geneva train station and the CERN's main site in less than half an hour. Bringing an identity document is necessary to access to CERN.

Available Spots:
There will be 48 free spots. The principal rule is first come first served, but we will also try to maintain a balanced participation from all universities involved, so there will be around 7 to 8 places for each university.
You will access CERN at entrance B. If you have any problems accessing the premise, you can call +41 79 368 13 71.

Costs:
The cost of participation is 20 CHF. The accommodation in the hotel, the meals and transportation during the event are included.
